The Role

Building our new business division. London Legal.

As a founding member of our London desk, you will shape TJC Partners' presence in the British market from the ground up: client relationships, candidate pipeline, methodology, team.

This role combines commercial instinct with psychological and methodological expertise. You bring both — and know how to deploy them effectively in a law firm environment.

What You Will Do

Build the London desk from scratch: first clients, first candidates, first processes. What you establish today becomes the foundation for the team that follows.

Assess the psychological suitability of candidates for specific roles — and in doing so, develop new, innovative psychological assessment methodologies that set us apart from competitors in the market.

Develop and execute international business development strategies for the British market, positioning TJC Partners as the preferred partner for leading law firms.

Take on training and leadership responsibility — you are laying the foundation for the team of tomorrow, today.

Who We Are Looking For

Methodological expertise and entrepreneurial drive.

Psychological & methodological expertise

You bring psychological and methodological expertise and know how to apply that knowledge in a commercial environment. You understand the British market — its law firms, its culture, its language.

Languages

English at native or equivalent level is essential. German or additional European languages are a genuine advantage.
